Vouchers
For Birthdays, Weddings or those tricky Business gifts, we’ve got it sorted! With a Charlestown Shopping Centre gift voucher, all you have to do is decide on the amount, and all they have to do is decide in which of the Centre’s shops or restaurants they’d like to spend it!
Charlestown Vouchers (available in multiples of €5, €10 and €50) are on sale from the Customer Service desk.

Car Parking
With 500 basement parking spaces and 300 on the surface, you’ll always find a space at The Charlestown Centre. The first two hours are free and hours thereafter are charged at only €1.50 per hour. Dont forget you can have your car valeted or serviced while you shop.
Family Facilities
For parents of young families who enjoy shopping, we have 3 baby-changing rooms at the Centre. Designed with you in mind, they’re actually big enough to comfortably fit a buggy!
We also have specially designated Parent & Baby parking spaces, in close proximity to all mall entrances. Plus we have Kiddie Karts available for you to rent for your little ones.
Child Safety Initiative
At Charlestown Shopping Centre we operate The Charlestown Watchdog system; a unique child safety system operating throughout the Centre, that re-unites lost children with their parents or guardians.
Anyone who has ever lost a child knows the feeling of panic when they turn around and their child is out of sight. The Charlestown Watchdog system facilitates the speedy recovery of lost children by giving parents a direct link to the Shopping Centre CCTV Control Room.
Brightly coloured Charlestown Watchdog window-stickers (featuring our canine friend wagging his tail!) are displayed throughout the Centre. These stickers carry the phone number of the Centre’s Security Control Room. If you happen to lose sight of your child, or indeed find a lost child, just call that number to speak to one of our Security personnel.
Wristbands featuring the Charlestown Watchdog are also available from the Customer Service Desk or any member of the Customer Care Team. Write your mobile number on the wristband and we’ll do the rest.
Centre Manager Dan O'Connor says: "I believe that this level of customer service further demonstrates our commitment to enhancing our customers’ shopping experience. As Charlestown attracts larger and larger numbers of people, it’s inevitable that some of our smaller shoppers will get separated from their parents. We aim to re-unite them as quickly as possible and reduce the stress for all concerned."
Centre Services
Public Telephones and an Internet Kiosk are located in the corridor to the Public Toilets. WIFI is also available throughout the centre.
Financial Facilities
There are ATM's in the centre and Ulster Bank. There is also a Postal Service Centre available.
Lost Property
Charlestown Shopping Centre's Lost Property Department can be contacted at the Customer Service Desk. Please call 01 8504707 to speak with a Customer Service Desk member.
Disabled Facilities
Disabled facilities are located on the ground floor close to the customer care desk. Should you require the use of a wheelchair please enquire at the Customer Care Desk as we have electric wheelchairs available free of charge, you can also book a wheelchair in advance by contacting 01 850 4707.
We also have ramp access, designated parking spaces, disabled toilet facilities, braille lifts and disabled friendly telephones.
Tour Groups
Groups interested in visiting Charlestown should contact our Shopping Centre Manager Dan O'Connor who will be delighted to offer - free parking, the services of our Charlestown Customer Service Personnel, and a €5 Charlestown Gift Voucher for each person on your coach.
