Procedure
All lost and found items are reported to the Customer Service Desk and recorded - date, description or item, location where item was found, the name and contact details of the finder.
All found items are kept in a secure storage room until claimed. After a one month period any uncalimed items are donated to a local charity.
Some retailers will operate their own procedures, thus if you feel you left it at a store contact them as well.
